About our Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time:
Balance & Harmony strives to ship all orders the same day if received Monday-Friday before 3:00 PM PST.
Orders placed on holidays or weekends will ship the next business day.
For backordered or out-of-stock items:
We will notify you to either cancel the item and issue a full refund or ask if you’d like us to hold your order until the item is back in stock.
Free Shipping:
Orders within the contiguous United States ship for free.
USPS Priority Shipping:
Available within the United States and its Territories for a flat rate of $9.75.
International Shipping:
Orders outside the U.S. will be charged the actual shipping cost from the carrier.
Shipping Methods:
We try to use USPS Priority Mail. On some occasions, we will use USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
About our Returns Policy
Returns:
You can return Balance & Harmony products purchased from our website for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:
Please include the unwanted item(s), your name, address, and the last four digits of your credit card used for the purchase. You are responsible for obtaining a return authorization (RA) number and covering the shipping costs.
How to Get an RA Number:
Email us at info@balanceandharmony.com to request your return authorization (RA) number.

Refund Process:
You can expect a refund within 30 days of us receiving your returned product. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment you originally used.
Return Rejection:
If a product is unfit for return, we will notify you, and no refund will be issued. You will then have two options:
- Have the product shipped back to you.
- Have the product destroyed.
If you do not choose an option within 14 days of our notification, the product will be destroyed.
